Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to request a return: Contact us at orders@petsharp.store with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Faulty or incorrect items: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
