General PetSharp operates from Perth, Western Australia. These terms apply to all purchases made through petsharp.store.

Orders We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We do not change the price of an order once it has been placed.

Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. PetSharp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Warranty Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by product. Contact orders@petsharp.store to make a claim.
